those cartek heads would make for a pretty best combo. but a new cam wouldnt hurt either, if you are open to switching.
off topic, but jason, are you guys going to develop a new off the shelf cam for these new heads? also how are they looking pricing wise? could you PM this info as not to steal more from this thread.
We are currently finishing up a larger runner PRC cylinder head that was designed for 3.910 bore applications. That being said they don't currently clear p/v with a Trex. The last Trex I checked was a good bit worse clearance than the MS4 & the MS4 won't clear with this new PRC 346 cylinder head. The PRC 215 head should work good for you, or if your on a budget the PRC LS6 Stage 1 can keep stock clearance & give you a 63cc chamber.

Whats your price range? If trying to stay on the cheap a set of stock 243/799 castings would provide a healthy boost in performance, and are easy to find. These with some cometic .040 gaskets and a flycut would have u back in business with a solid gain and minimal downtime. I believe most heads would require flycutting with that cam to get safe PtoV clearance. If your not on the budget there are many great options for heads.

your are going to need to flycutt your pistons
the trex has very minimal ptv clearance(as you know!) and with just about any head your going to be risking it, so spend the 100-300 dollars get that **** cut and never look back.
i know i wouldnt spend 1k + on a set of heads to possibly trashed with a little bit of valve float
