Default compression ratio guesstimate

my buddy has a 383 ls6 motor with 62cc Dart heads that were milled a little. The engine builder said the comp. ratio was at 11.2-1. Now somewhat guessing if we put on 317 heads with 72cc chambers what do you think it will drop the compression down to with GM MLS gaskets? Were looking to make it a boosted motor and drop the compression down a lot. I know its pretty vague kinda but id assume they are flat top pistions to get the compression up there. What you guys think?

if you use gaskets that are the same thickness you will drop around 1.2 points or so in compression.
