I have a Yank 3200 and I will most likely go with a 224/224 cam. Or at least that's what i'm about to do. I was told by other members of LS1tech that the 224 is reccomended.

you'll gain more performance from a stock motor with stall than a cam and no stall.

To achieve maximum potential for your application, you should always match your components properly. If you do not get the proper converter, your cam's powerband will be limited and will not be fully utilized. When I had a 224 cam I used a 3600 stall and it got me low 7's in the 1/8 with AFR heads.
