Only professional racers, or people with less than optimized valvetrains, have to change springs all the time.

99% of street guys can get away with checking springs once a year even with a aggressive camshaft. Its just routine maintenance

I had the TV3 for a year and a half no issues yet. You could also have TSP set the heads up for this cam.

No I talked to TSP and they said with a stock head I should be fine. I know I should have but I didn't.

they told me the same thing.. i may end up just keeping the v3, and this winter buying those new prc springs that are meant to handle the lsk lobes

The cam will clear and you will not have PTV issues (no more than any of the big cams out there).
Since you allready have the cam, no point in changing now. just make sure you get the right springs to match. I prefer PAC 1521 duals. Install height 1.770.
Pushrods will have to be measured and idealy you should run different length intake and exhaust (but not necessary).
Thicker p-rods will benefit you on those lobes (for better stability at high rpm), 11/32s or .105 5/16th (standard is .0800)

That is if you want to do this right and control your valvetrain better.
