Question What cam specs do I need to degree a cam??

I'm putting an ECS (East Coast Supercharging) cam back in the LS1 I'm rebuilding and I want to degree it but I don't know the specs. Can I somehow still degree the cam? What info do I need? Just the int and exh lift at .050?

Thanks

Cam card or better yet, cam lift report.
Those will have all the info you need.

You can get by with intake centerline to install it on. If that is correct you should be ok. You won't be able to verify all the valve events without cam card.

I went on the website and it seems like all they do is custom cams if thats true I know this kid aint gonna have the cam card from it. I dont see ECS keeping copies of custom cam cards either so is there anyway of finding out the info I need with the cam and a degree kit? I'm about to just put this thing dot to dot for last resort.

You can have the cam 'cam doctored', that will give you all the info.
