I have CNC ported 241s and they're unmilled. With a TR224 cam and a mail order tune, I've trapped close to 119 MPH. I'm rebuilding my engine as we speak with a Streetsweeper 228/232 cam and milling the 241's to get the compression to 11:1. Should have to mill roughly .030 off to get to 11:1 with a stock MLS gasket.

I'll let you know what I end up with for PTV clearance once I get it together. As far as I know, I should have ample room even if I wanted to go bigger on my cam.
