I have an IAC count from 110 to 120 and was trying to figure out if drilling the maf will bring the count down.

You want to drill the throttle body blade, not the MAF. But 110 to 120 doesn't hurt any thing as long as it still idles OK cold and with the A/C on.

Sorry, I meant the throttle body. I don't have ac, and I am getting some surging that I am trying to fix. It's getting better, but I know that it could be almost perfect with the right tune.
