Default H/C swap now slight ticking

Just did H/C swap and now noticed some slight ticking on driver side is this normal. I am using LS7 lifters. I have the longer 7.350 pushrods and afr upgraded springs.

Yep, normal.

Usually its the valve springs or the lifters from the wild ramp rates of these camshafts.

ticking from the lifters is not normal. valvetrain noise is pretty normal. what is your oil pressure? i had a lifter that was bleeding out when oil gets hot. changed to thicker oil and seems to have solved problem.

Longer 7.35 pushrods? stock is 7.4 so i dont know where your coming up with longer. You have your heads milled... Did you measure for correct pushrod length? I do believe the ls7 lifter needs a slightly shorter then 7.4 pushrod but where you have your heads milled i would just measure it.
