Are you wanting to clean the intake or using it to clean the motor?

It would be much easier if you used the PCV hose that goes into the T/B, stick a funnel on the hose and slowely dump the sea foam down the funnel. Your going to need someone/thing to hold the RPM's up to keep the motor from stalling.

I havent used it before, but did you read the can?

I thought I had read the can before and it said that after the can was empty to let the car sit for a little bit and then go run it pretty hard for a while.

I used a 1/2-3/4 can of Seafoam Deep Creep, spraying it directly into the intake through the TB with the blade open.

Thats way too much, I only use a half a can. Also you should stall the car out with it so it can sit on the internals for about 15 min. Then start the car back up and drive it to a place where you can go WOT then you will the smoke come out. If you do not see alot of smoke then you engine is pretty clean. I used it on my 4runner and saw almost no smoke. My friends 20 year old toyota smoked out the nieghborhood just at idle and the rest of city at WOT.

yeah the most ive ever used in the intake was maybe 1/2 a can. ive done quite a few vehicles and my 98 camaro and my 03 yukon smoked like a freight train when i first did them my fiances g6 and her honda barely did anything at all the same with my 86 silverado it hardly smoked either. you gota let it sit like everyone has said that way it has time to brake down the carbon deposits.

I did this to my T/A when I lived on Fort myers beach, and did it during spring break about 3 years ago. It was really funny, people thought the car was on fire- so much smoke.

Car definatly drived better after. You definatly need to let it sit for 30 min to an hour, and then go beat the **** out of it.

I use the deep creep when spraying down the intake.

id say hit up an open highway with a good number of cars just so you can smoke 'em all out.....actually thats dangerous, but funny. make sure you drive the absolute **** outta the car, just like it says in the "how to seafoam link" read that & leave it open while you do it, in case you have questions.

the deep creep is a spray and no the engine is not running you have to open the throttle all the way. deep creep is the exact same stuff except its a spray can.

I take my power brake booster light off the booster use a funnel, have a friend in the car to turn off the car when ready. Use a funnel to pour the sea foam into the line. After you pour 1/2 to 3/4 of the can in turn the car off for 15 min or so. The go out and do some spirited driving.

Dont get worried if not smoke came out man.

If no smoke comes out than the motor wasnt that dirty to begin with....which is good.
