Default push rod length???

ok i have a 226/226 .591/.591 cam in my truck. i am changing it out to a
228/224 .577/.571-114. i would like to know if the comp hardened push rods i have in the truck now will work for the new cam. i am at school and cant remember the length of them at the moment.

would this work or do i need to check the length of the ones i have?

isnt there some way to calculate the push rod lenght?? any help would be appreciated.
Sorry for being a little vague
Ryan

pushrod length is effected by heads not cams. stock lenth is 7.400. if you had milled heads then you would go with 7.350 or so.
