how much can you mill off LS1 heads

how much can you mill off LS1 heads i have a set of ported LS1 241 heads to put on my 01 LS1
they are at the head shop at the moment and I was planing on milling them to 62cc cambers
now i was told these heads where 65.5cc before they where ported
but the head guy says they are 73cc
I have found out the guy that did the porting smoothed out the chamber a bit
which it looks like it has brought the cc's up
any way my question is
can i mill these down to 62cc chamber with out coursing any PTV problems
motor is a stock bottom end
with 222/224 comp cam 112LSA 566/568 lift
