i think you are paying too much for what you are looking at, for example:

+1 for that money you could get any cam you want and better springs. I've never seen a thread about the SLP cam but you should do a search in the dyno section, someone might have one.

Tsp and other sponsors sell cams similar to that one. It seems like the new hot thing is the 224 cam. A 224 would put you about 375-390 RWHP, sound good, and still be real good for a daily driver.

damn with the texas speed kit you even get the pushrods for 100 dollars less. They have always said SLP is overpriced for what they offer.

You could also try vengeance racing. Thats where I got my cam and stuff from and drive it almost everyday. I take it on 300-400 mile trips every other weekend. Its the VRX4 228/230 .588/.592 112 lsa. Was very easy to tune also.

There are plenty of cams available for a car that needs to be daily driven. Something similar to our 220R, 224R, or 228R would work really well once tuned. Send me a PM for give us a call at the shop, we would be more then happy to go through a setup with you.

That SLP cam looks like a reverse split anyway. Wouldn't recommend if you are getting aftermarket heads like TFS. The "Street Assassin" cam is a good cam, with a good tune it can be daily driven. I would go for it.
