Is 285cfm any good for ported heads?

Default Is 285cfm any good for ported heads?

Stock ported and polished heads, Stock vale size. 918 springs and milled .030 for $500? Is this a good deal?? Thanks Tony

What did the heads flow at .300, .400 & .500?

Sounds pretty decent unless they are damaged or something.

if they flowed that @ .550-.600 then i'd pick them up in a heart beat, as long as there in good condition.

BTW I sunk $1500 into a set of used ported LS6 heads that ended up flow ~280-285 cfm FWIW.

Remember, not everything is how much air they can flow. Velocity is very important as well.
