Default white smoke from rear part of engine?????

I am starting to get some smoke that is coming from rear part of engine... the smoke sometimes even comes in thru the air vents. my ses light is off sometimes than it turns back on two-three days later n goes off again. my temp gauge reads normal, so i dont think its over heating even after i just added some dex coolant . the smoke seems to be coming from somewhere around the intake in the back by the red trans brake stick... any ideas as to why the car is smokiing?... also changed oil n still doing it. also car seems to drive fine . so what can it be?

thanks

Here are pics of trouble areas, the heads thing is new and I have just noticed that something might be wrong their too, that may be causing smoke?

Pcv line may be crack. Look on the driver side rear part of the valve cover and see if that line is off or brocken. Also check all the other ones also. Dose it smell like oil?

Check the coolant plug above the head on the back of the head. It has 10mm bolt.

have you checked you coolent levels? if it is low it could be a headgasket, or something broke that is letting coolent out and is buring on the headers. Also check your oil. Check all lines and see if they are broken or cracked, you may have to have the car running to find out. Look/see/hear for hissing to help narrow it down if it is a line the pressure in the line will come out at the point it is broke creating a hissing sound. Is you idle higher than normal when this happens?

Also you didn't just put new headers on did you- sometimes people will get some smoke from that- the fingerprints, oil, residue, paint on the headers. Not likely the culprit, but I thought I would ask.

Definitely a coolant leak somewhere, could possible be the head gasket leaking. I've seen this happen before. There's also a freeze plug on the back of the head that will leak if the motor has gotten real hot.

You need to have someone put a coolant pressure checker on there, it'll tell you where the leak is.

white smoke ain't smoke it's steam or coolant that hasn't decided if it water to be liquid or vapor.

just checked today, and the PCV hose is broken close to the TB area, so have to replace that, but still not sure if that is the complete reason why the car is shooting smoke or do you guys think that is the problem?

Well it turned out that the PCV was causing all the problems due to numerous tears in the assembly, but got a new one installed thanks to my friend JEsse and car runs fine now with no smoke, thanks guys for all your input, another reason why this is my number one site.
