Default cannot decide

ok so im a little stuck now on buying a heads a cam set up this winter. i had a 226 in the car and ran 12.1 with stock heads and im sick of it now (even though i only have 1100 miles on the set up).

so here is my question... which h/c set up will be a better combo for trying to achieve mid to low 11s on motor with keeping my current mods? and this car will be driven only on the weekends but sometimes an hour or 2 at a time so please dont add any giant cams in here.

afr 205cc with the torquer 2 cam 232/234 .595/.598

Trickflows with the SI5 cam 231 237 .617/.607 112

please state why you think this one or that one will be a better choice. thanks a lot fellas
