buddy ur asking for trouble if u do that but I think if you upgrade your fuel pump and injectors, and go w/ a wet kit on a small shot you should be fine ....until it finds your weakspot. BUT MAKE SURE U WATCH THE DANGER TO THE MANIFOLD!!!!!loljk

There is a lot of people that have diff views .......I would do fuel pump and and maybe injectors im doing a 100 shot for now with just a fuel pump swap and tuning. You will need a 255 lph pump there like 80$ and run 100 octane thats my setup for now

i helped a friend install a 150 shot on his 99 ta with 150xxx miles on it. We raced it every weekend at the track. No problems.

You will have to put a 255 fuel pump in it

We ran stock injectors.

I ran a 125 shot when I was cam only, spun a rod bearing with a safe tune at the track in 2 months, 45k original miles at the time. You never know how long it'll last.....

We have a dozen or so cars here in PC running a stock internal, stock pump and injector setup, 150 shot, and 5 with a 200-225 wet with injectors, Racetronics pump, and N2O tune. Window switches on the M6 cars, Stalled A4s: none-Those who are crying about it being a time bomb obviously have no clue WTF is the trick with Nitrous- And, before somebody asks how long have the bigger hit cars had it, one in particular is on it's 6th year.

Spray as much as you want as long as you don't exceed 550RWHP IMO. Make sure you have the accessories and safety requirements to go with the Nitrous kit.

Are we talking about a dry kit or a wet kit? With a dry kit you will have to get injectors for a 150 shot, prob even a 100 shot it would be safe to get injectors. If your going wet you will be fine with stock injectors, and just upgrade the fuel pump so you can supply enough fuel for it all.

Make sure and have it tuned, that's the most important part. Last thing you want to happen is to grenade your engine.

Interesting perspective. My wifes' car just made 693 to the tires on a 200 shot thru a stalled A4. Stock bottom end.

Didn't say it couldn't be done...not sure how safe that is however. If I marry you, perhaps we can push my car to the 600+ limit?

I have sprayed 20 bottles at 150 wet with only 1 problem 1 time. tried to get a cobra to race me like a j.a almost out of gas and it started surging and i did not let off

result big *** hole through the #1 piston. brought it home and threw a piston and rod in out of my last moter . and away i went 5 days later

even used the old rod bearings on the new rod. LOL

and that was 5k miles ago. still idles at 50 psi and over 100 ps1 over 5k rpm's (slp pump)

Somehow, I doubt that is going to be an option. I'd rather just assist with the install.

Then your good to go, they will know what to do with the tune. I hope they pull some timing, which I'm sure they will.
