Default Thinking about the winter now

I think I want to do a LS6 cam swap into my car and I was wondering how much power I would gain and if I should have my heads done or not, If I do go the LS6 cam route should I get LS6 head or are they the same as 241 and 243 heads? and LS6 Spring etc etc. my budget it 2500$ and I think I am going to get rid of the spray

Definitely not worth the money and time for just an LS6 cam. Go with TR224 at a minimum. Yes, port the LS6 heads, 243s

I can set you up with a custom Comp cam and AFR 205's for $2500 and it would be a better setup than ported OEM heads

I would also do atleast a 224 or even consider a 228 cam. And I have heard you can pick up small gains from porting 241's but it really isnt worth it if you can get your hands on some 243's.
