Default Need a new Cam that Produces Torque

Hey guys if you could help me out I'd appreciate it. I currently have a comp cam 222/226 563/569 on a 112. I gained 34rwhp/0rwtq over my stock cam. I need a cam a little bigger that produces more torque. Stock cam numbers were 368/378, now with this cam 402/378. Mods are in the sig. I have no idea what cams to look at.

YOu want tq, go with more gear. You will gain from a set of 4.10's. I have the 222/222 -.566/.566-112lsa c1 cam and it has great tq.

Is your cam on an XE or XE-R grind?

Thats the thing I have no idea what this cam really is. I bought it off of a local member and was told it was out of some motor he had. He told me the specs above. I would guess xe. It sounds just like a hotcam, I'm thinking it may be a hotcam. Don't know I want somewhat of a gain of torque though I want close to 400 and I know this car can do it.

Is it a 224/224 .581/.581? Did you have any before and after track comparisons? To everyone else how driveable is the 231/237 tsp cam?

Your an M6, even with 4.10's you'll be able to do freeway races..
