Thumbs up

I attached a tie-down strap from the 'frame rail' on either side right above the sway bar mount. There is a nice place to get a good solid hook there. The strap formed an "A" shape between the motor and the radiator going up to the cherry picker. It worked well.

There are a couple of reasons I pulled it out the bottom. Had to pull trans anyway. Wanted more stuff removed for cleaning up/etc. Was afraid of possibly marking something up on front support/body,etc. Did not need to pull accessories inside car, no need to pull hood, there are more.

If some people want to/find it easier to take it out the top, more power to them.

I believe I may need to get an alignment, though. The K-Member mounts are slotted, so it probably will not bolt up Exactly in the same spot. What has been the experience here ? Might just go ahead and get a-arms if that is the case.

Your alignment will not be off much at all. It will be a good idea to get it checked though when finished.
