Works fine with stock heads. Would work even better with ported heads or LS6 heads that flow well in the higher lift range. As far as streetability, that's relative. I believe they got the cam to idle just fine with no tuning, but of course, as with any big cam, you'll see great benefits with a good dyno tune.
