another cam question One thing where can i buy the F1 cam
230/226 .591/.569 112LSA
is this cam steetable and good with stock heads?

Works fine with stock heads. Would work even better with ported heads or LS6 heads that flow well in the higher lift range. As far as streetability, that's relative. I believe they got the cam to idle just fine with no tuning, but of course, as with any big cam, you'll see great benefits with a good dyno tune.
