will it hold? stock bottom end lq9 with lq4 pistons. im planning on upgrading to the arp rod bolts, fresh bearings and rings. planning on running 10-12 psi with a 88mm turbo, 317 heads and studs of course. victor jr. with elbow. with a turbo 350. will it hold untill i can afford a forged rotating assembly and better heads? if necessary i can run a lower psi.
