What the f%&k is this plug?!?!?!?!
You said the bbk intake had a little play before you tightened it down? These intakes come with a single buttonhead bolt for the valley cover because they hit on the passenger rear side. If you did not replace this bolt you may be sucking air in on your passenger rear side runner... Just food for thought.
also, I'd advise to put blue locktite on everyone of those bolts holding the "port plate" onto the bottom of your intake... after about 500 miles, mine vibrated out and were causing some horrible noises laying in my valley area... took me a while to find the source of the noise, then I took the intake off to find 6 of the bolts had vibrated out and were just laying in the valley... good thing they didn't go down any head ports!
