I did alot of research on this just because I was worried about the task of changing the springs. (it took some time but wasnt that bad )

theres a Few cams that "might" work with the LS6 springs, But I honestly Wouldnt risk it.

You can buy a set of patriot duals with titanium retianers for $255 and be worry free .

You wont know if the springs will work untill you pop one, but then its to late...

the yellow ls6 springs a pretty damn stout for a stock spring.

just stay around 550 lift and you should be golden.. I would trust a LS6 over a 918 ANY day...

I think Z06 springs are pretty durable but they don't have much seat pressure. I ran 'em with my old 212/218 lowlift setup, with no problems.

the asa cam will, that cam makes great useable power for being older and having a low lift. with any cam you are going to want to keep it under .570 lift and you are going to want a mild ramp rate.

Let your cam choice determine your spring choice. The other way around is a bit goofy.
