Shaving LS1 heads
I read the info in the stickys above and read some info on cc's and c/r. I see SLP offers pushrods that are .025" shorter than stock, I was thinking about getting them and having the stock LS1 heads cut down .025" Will it be worth it? Will I have any intake fitment issues?
thanks guys

I ran a 232/238 600/600 109LSA with my 241 heads milled .030, 59CC chambers and over sized valves. Ran the LS7 lifters and comp 7.325 rods. you'll be fine. I did end up switching over to 243 heads. Me you I'd save some money and get the 243s. Get TEA or Total Flow Induction CHD to do your work for them if you supply the parts (ie springs, valves, retainers) and such you'll save a hell of a lot of money.
