Actually your LSA is not bad its your duration that is killing you. If your going with a higher duration then you want to step up to a higher LSA 115 - 117.

If you like the lope then you can go with a Thunder Racing 248/254 - .615/.623 - 110 lsa

FIXED IT FOR YA MAN:

I have a 99z with long tubes, ls6 intake, 9 inch, all the suspension mods, Patriot ls6 ported heads at 10.5:1 compression, and Texas Speed 233 239 112.

The cam doesn't seem to work very well. Is the overlap bad for my setup? It dynoed at 401TQ and 350HP.

I like my powerband in the higher RPM's and plan on spraying a 150 shot in the future.

Can anyone recommend a good cam for my setup? Also could you post some dyno results for the recommended cam?

Thanks in advance for advice...

Well, in order to not make the car a dog down low with a larger camshaft you need more compression.

If your not worried about it being a dog below 3500 RPM's...than a HP goal your trying to reach or ET your trying to reach at 3XXX amount of weight would help us help you.

Is this your DD, just a street car or drag racing, road racing?

Was that 350 RWHP before or after the heads/cam install? If its after, something is wrong with the tune most likely...thats what a bolt on car would put down.

damn hard to read 1st off I think you have hp and tq confused, it problably made 400hp and 350tq. I have the same heads and run a vrx5 236/238 113 lsa and its going to be on a 2 stage 150 shot. I will let you know how it does on the bottle.

Sorry I was reading for my 402 N/A and I wrote a bunch of babble on your post I am sorry the cam you want to look at from thunder racing that will give you good performance for Nitrous would be their " CheaTR v.3" - 219/230 .607/.604 117 LSA . Again my apologies.
