he either rounded or thats the exact grind as stated by the cam card. its listed at 117.5 but there are variences among grinds. my 111 lsa is 110.5. a full degree is pretty high but its possible.

I've just got a GT2-3 and the sticker on the box says 118.5 LSA.

What's this cam actually able to do?

Sorta planning to slip it in my wife's 02 Z28 and not tell her...

This cam first had a 117.5 lsa it was just changed to a 118.5 lsa this year. I have seen very good HP out of this small cam. It produces like a small 220-222 cam but it dynos very good with stock heads. Its a great alternative to the ls6 cam. I didnt like the high lift of the cam myself and went with a B1, i also wanted alittle rougher idle. Its one of those how does it do it cams.
