I'll hopefully be doing a cam swap pretty soon (most likely getting a TR224/112). Do I need to swap out the oil pump and timing chain for just a cam and stock heads? I'll probably get Thunders package of a cam, springs and pushrods, so since I'm on the subject is there anything else that should be changed? Just trying to gauge costs here. Thanks for any feedback.

You don't have to, but it doesn't hurt if your doing a cam swap. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />

Hundreds and hundreds of people have done cam swaps and never changed the stuff with no problems. Its all up to your budget and how much you want to worry about the old stuff. 99% chance you'll be fine without it.
