Default head studs

im doing a swap, finally putting my stroker in-i forgot about the heads studs being diff, i have a 2004 engine in it now, has all the same length (2004 up)
the new engine uses the 2 diff ones (large bolts)
so i have to order a new stud kit-they have them listed as 12 pt and hex, not sure if it matters, or is some tight and i would be better off with 12 pt.
Jegs also shows AFR studs, same ARP # 234-4316, but more expensive???
i am using AFR heads, is there a diff stud for them, or are they just studs from AFR???
too many choices, lol

The afr studs are just arp studs rebranded. I would get the 234-4316. 12pt nuts are so nice to get a good grip on!

I'm actually doing a blow-through setup like yours but with a pair of 6265 precisions, I'd love to talk with you sometime about your setup!

No difference between the afr and the arp studs.
