I want to raise my compression How can I raise my compression from 11:1 to about 13:1? I'm on a limited budget so can't spend too much but I will be pulling the motor out so I figure I might as well do everything while it is out. I also think I will switch over to a solid roller.

yeah, no more pump gas. I never drive it on the street anyway. I guess I could just swap out pistons. Either way, I'll have to get pistons with reliefs, or put them in myself.
You can run as high as 12.25 with a big cam that bleeds off compression. Just all depends on the setup. The higher compression the bigger the cam. PM me if you need some help. 13.0:1 aint gonna happen on pump gas

You could also weld up the combustion chambers, then you wouldn't need to buy and install pistons, plus the P to V clearance wouldn't suffer. That should save you money as well.
