Default Am I restricting my cam?

I want to know if by not P&P my heads or getting a set of aftermarket heads if i'm really holding back my cam. Its a 234/236 .595 lift 112 +2 LSA comp custom grind w/XER lobes. I got stock 243 heads when i got this cam to put on but they are stock. I have an LS6 intake w/pacesetters to corsa exhaust w/cats and would maybe eventually go Fast 90/90. I know that you need to match the heads and cam together so I have no idea what heads i would buy, but honestly i'd rather not buy new heads I think i would rather get these ported and milled probably. I dyno'd at 395 and my tuner thought that was low? what do you guys think? I'm I really hurting this cam with stock heads?

How much would it cost? Who should I talk to? P&P or get new ones?

So are the 243's on the car now or not?

If so, I would say yes those # look a little on the low side.

If they arent, dont worry. Get a good shop to mill/and CNC the 243's and youll be in business.

395RWHP isnt too shabby though.

who is good to send my stock heads to? I would liek them ported and milled by someone who knows what's up. I've heard of guys having some jobs done that they were not happy with.

That seems a little low to me for having 243's on it now.

What kind of dyno was this on?

not sure. I have oil reversion and I can't figure out where it is from. I don't believe my seals to be bad they are practically new and it used tons of oil before i replaced the seals but somewhere i'm getting oil blown thru badly and it fouls my plugs up right away. That is why they thought my numbers were down.

Before you do anything else to the car, I would fix that oil consumption issue...

Are you saying the heads need to be ported to match the cam?

Isn't that putting the cart before the horse?
