i have seen some problems with priming the oil pump on a new setup, i know i had a real problem on my first motor, this time i took the advice of some, and i packed the pump with trans assemb. grease-must have worked, just spinning the engine w/o plugs, it didnt take long to see pressure on the gauge, so on fire up i had instant pressure
so thanks for the advice, def was one less problem
