I haven't had much time to work on the motor. I need to clean everything up on it. Plans have changed as well.

.030 is the max for power adders, .060 is comfortable on N/A. Don't get me wrong, it's gonna be thin, but it will be fine.

You need to sonic test it for that much. And why the biggest bore? Unless your sleeves are damaged I would bore it as little as possible to leave room for further rebuilds in the future.
L92 heads will fit 4.030 bores very comfortably.

I'll talk with my engine guy a little more before I make the choice.

There is no need to talk, you only take an engine oversize on the bore when it NEEDS it!! The extra .030" bore will gain you nothing. Just take it .010 -.030. (minimum it needs)

Its like taking a cat to its 9th life on purpose... I would rather have antoher rebuild left in it.

It's been awhile. I'm building a fairly high end hot rod, so I have about 17 projects going on at once, and the sqeaky wheel gets the greese. Pacific Coast Customs in Sacramento, CA is doing all of the cosmetics to the engine build.
