L92 Intake Valves

Does anybody know what the difference is between PN 12590771 and what Pace Performance is showing as a replacement PN 12617533? The original number was around $24 and the Pace replacement number is around $6. Why is that?

12617533 is the new part number for the L92 Int Valve. I just recieved some from GM last week and they appear to be the same valve as the old part number. Not sure why the price is lower but I'm not complaining.
