On an LS1 stock configuration;

W/ 241 heads 10:1

What are you future plans? If I can give you some advice do not buy 241's. Reason I made the same mistake did not listen to any one. The 243s are better heads. It has a lot to do with the runners. The 243s have stock 212CC intake runners and the 241s have 260cc runners. The larger runners are shitty for low to mid range hp, throttle response and performance.

yea i don't see them having 260cc intake runners. i have a set of 241's right now that are p&p by absolute speed. previous owner put down 416 to the wheels on a mustang dyno with just a 224 cam..that's pretty damn good. anyway. i need to know the cc of the combustion chamber. not the intake runners. also a relative compression with stock pistons and 68cc heads

IIRC the 243s have a 210cc intake runner and the 241s have a 200cc runner. The 241s compression is 10:1 The 243s will give you 10.5:1
