jumping time

I know this not the wright place , but what is the chance of a old 89 1500 truck 350 jumping time and bending all the push rod , what would do this. This is on my friends truck that I am trying to fix . I pulled the pass side cover off and all the push rods where bent and one was broke and bent. WTH

Small block chevys are noninterference motors. You got something else going on.

Even if it is not stock it would not bend every PRod. But we do need more info.
