Should perform nicely, just make sure you get the geometry, spring pressures and preload spot on to last reliably on the LSK intake lobes.

thanks for the reply, now from what i have calculated, if my bore is 3.900, stroke is 3.62, head gasket is .040, chamber is 59cc, that brings me to a compression ratio of 11.92:1, would you say this is correct? and is this pump gas worthy?

woa, i think the 59cc heads put you closer to 11:1. for 2 examples LS1-67cc is 10.2 64cc is 10.5. so just rough extimates its around 11.1:1. still streetable. someone will have to chime in with the exacts....

just used 4 more compression ration calculators and came up with 11.9205, 11.9200, 11.900, 11.900, im not saying u dont know what ur talkin about, i dont really trust any of these calculators any, but it seems fairly consistant, heres the best one i have found.

Use a DCR calculator and shoot for 8.5 or less........ around 8.3 is close to optimal on pump gas.....

Your SCR (static) is ~ 11.51 so well within range of pump gas.
Any advance in your cam? 111+?? (What is your ICL?)

Like crap. I know everyone is going to say I'm wrong and demonhawk that's a good setup except you need to go to a 3.73 gear with a stall converter. I'm not expert by no means but I can't believe didn't no of us catch this sooner. You have a great setup throw a stall and different gear, an see you later.

If you get the ss4000 Yank, you might not even need the gears. I've had similar grinds work very well with 3.23s.
Why? because being an auto, and with 4000 stall, when you punch it, wham.. you are in the powerband.

I think it will work well with a 4k converter. However, switching to a 3.73 gear will help the converter be a little more driveable around town.

Hey preadator-z and 01ssreda4 Thanks alot for commenting on my post. I don't know much about the converter's and gears but I know alot of people say if you don't have a stall the car may push through the breaks and stuff. But the thanks for helping out more and helping me understand more.

It wont just push through the brakes, but it will also be a DOG in the low and midrange. Auto cars need converters, no ifs ands or buts about it. You will be getting beat by bolt on only cars and wonder why. I like the what another member stated about driving with a V3 and too small of a stall. He said it went something like this : Launch, bog, pull, shift, bog, pull, shift, bog, pull...
