Default Compression for towing

I am building a LQ4, it will be stock for now except for exhaust and a tune later on, probably SD tune. But they are 9.4 CR. This will mainly be a DD and towing truck, towing about 6000lbs, max. Should I leave it at this compression or bump it up, with a mill and thinner gaskets? Was thinking of just leaving it alone due to it being a towing truck. Opinions please.

Default

Bumping compression will make more power and torque across the whole powerband. You really cant go wrong bumping it up a little.
