I run unported 243 heads that I had milled and I did a 5 angle valve job to. Make sure the valve job is hand blended into the throat, just make sure its a smooth transition from the seat to the aluminum. I also had my heads milled .020" which put them right at 62cc which = 11:1 compression with GM .051" MLS gaskets. You will have to flycut with that cam if you mill your heads.
If the valve job is done right and is not just a generic 5 angle job you will see some very nice gains from that alone. 450rwhp should be about right with a fast intake, underdrive, good headers, cutout and a 6 speed. Hope you realize you will be losing power by advancing the timing. On most 243 head setups peak power is around 22-26 degress of timing. It's not about the max timing its about the most efficient combustion, and every setup is different.

I'm hoping to test fire and start tuning my 04 goat today when I get off work, milled .037" off the heads and dropped in a Trickflow 238/242 ..595/.595 112lsa.......i can't wait to hear what this thing sounds like with 15° of overlap
