Default Think with your dipstick.

I just put my new 383 motor in my ls1 camaro, and now its leacking oil from the dipstick, while running. I did some looking into it and found out that you need to put in a o-ring in with the dipstick tube.
Where would i get this o-ring and how do i need to put it in? Keep in mind im not that good with mechanic work. My friends helped alot with my motor.

Go to stealership and get one, it would be the easiest way to do it.

I crushed my dipstick tube getting it out to install my headers...bought a new one from the "stealership" (haha i like that one, first time i've heard it). Fourteen bucks and change, came with the o-ring on it. Not sure if you can buy just the o-ring for it, or if another ring could work. Last resort = 14$ o-ring lol.
