Where to get Valve seals and shims

Where to get Valve seals and shims Gonna be transfering my patriot gold duals from one set of heads to another and need new seals, but i cant see anywhere to get them seperate form a valvespring kit. Also where should i get shims for setting proper height from coilbind etc..
Anything else i should know?
