Anyone at 11.5:1 + compression in their DD successfully?
I have a huge cam I'll throw in eventually, but its fun as is and snappy as hell for a small motor.
It's much more about the whole package rather than just one factor like compression ratio.
using a conservative 15% drivetrain loss it should make 530 at the crank!

Correct, I was just struck by how identical our builds are except for the generation thing.
So if I can reach those numbers you should have no problems. By the way I'm running 8.5 DCR on 91 octane with no detonation.
