Default another compression question

i am building an iron 5.7 (stock ls1 rotating assembly) with 243 heads and a tr224, i want to be around 11.5:1 compression using stock thickness gaskets (.051" if i remember correctly)

from what i have read, i will need to mill the heads about .035 to be where i want to be. does anyone have any exact numbers they can help me out with? thanks in advance

58cc chambers will give you around 11.59:1

59cc will be around 11.43:1

stock ls6 heads are around 64cc

IIRC .006 flat mill is worth around 1cc, so if you want to 59cc you will need 5cc off or around a .030 mill...
