I have two with the V2 and love them but the 228 is a monster out of the hole. If i do it again its a 228. Steve is doing the tuning on the 228 and it pulls hard everywhere.

i have the tv2 and the ss4000 on 853 look at my signature. it jumps out of the hole like crazy but IMO it has no top end. i wish i would have gone with something bigger like the ms3

Gotta call TSP and get some more info . Im leaning toward a slightly larger cam with a 230-> duration and @ .600 lift . I have a lot of converter(4000stall) and decent gears (373's) so I think I would be alright .Still putting together the pieces of the puzzle

I had the TSP 228 with the 5.3 2.5 stage with a 3500 stall and 3:73s, it only made 393hp and 366tq but it pulled hard of the hole and mid range, just the top end seemed to disappear.
