what you think

i bought a 99 camaro with a knock. i am pretty sure it is a rod bearing
i have a 2001 6.0 from a 2500 hd, what would i have to do to get the same performance with the added weight to use this engine over the 5.7.
or would it just be best to try and build the origanal motor.

If you have the funds stroke the 5.7 to a 383. Sell the 6.0 to recoup some of your money.
