X1 vs TR230 for best et
Jayson can recommend the springs he uses on his heads, they're a single spring I believe but have more seat pressure than 918's..

Thunder's TR230 costs $429.99. I don't know where you got the $459 from. These cams are in stock, ready to ship.
As for the performance between the two cams, I feel there would be very little difference between the two.

) go with the TR230 due to spring life. And yes many people go with a single spring, but I will be going with the New Patroit Dual spring with Tit ret for 295.00 , heck that is cheaper in price than the 918s and you get peace of mind.

Just splurge a few extra hundrd and get the Revs (Very quiet honestly) or get the drop in dual Manleys MTI sells. going close to .600 lift and the XE-R lobes need badass springs...period.
I mean hell, if you are gonna get to the 1320 in the same time, why be forced to upgrade valvetrain adn replace it sooner? TR230 seems to be the only logical choice.

did I miss something? What's your point- bro?
I understand the the idea of cam events. As a matter of fact, that was MY point. Both cams seem to perform the same, yet the X1 has more lift and is harder on valvetrain. So- you agree with me and you are saying that you should have gotten the TR230? or what, bro?

OK- well why not just keep everything simple and get the TR230? The one that DOESN'T require the "good" springs to perform properly and be dependable. Does that make sense now?
Oh and it's- "Genius"
