10's here w/my MTI heads and X1, 4000 Vig, 323's...see sig...High high 10's....and I had all my seats and stuff out the car...but none the less. I can regularly pull 6.9's in the 1/8th (Don't have to let out at Sealy...hehe)

TR 230/224 .575/.563 111

MTI 230/227 .591/.571 112

There's not enough difference between the two to matter much. The MTI cam is just a little more aggressive so I'd say the slight edge would go to it at the track assuming the heads flow well enough to take advantage of the higher lifts.

I'd go with the TR230 to save some wear and tear on springs.

Idle quality is somewhat subjective and can vary a lot based on the PCM tune you have.

I am sure the X1 can be tuned to be a little bit choppy if that is what one preferred!

Either of these cams will be within 3-5 HP of each other. Not a big enough difference to really worry about. Find which one will give you the best deal and run it.

Best deal looks like MTI Their selling them for 399.99 and Thunder wants 459.99. Kinda suxs cause I normally buy stuff from Thunder.
