I checked on afrs to see that it's a Big bore head as well are there any ways to put a big bore head onto a 5.7?

If you ever get around to dropping the oil pan and finding out whether its a 6.0L or not if its not then you have a case under "False Pretense," and you need to get your money back.

I noticed you asked this twice, the answer is yes. You can't put L92/LS3/LS7 heads on a smaller bore because the valves will hit the cylinder walls, but those heads would probably bolt on with no clearance issues even on a smaller bore.
