5.3 vortec internaly ballanced or externaly?

is a 99 5.3 vortec out of a silverado internaly ballanced or externaly? im putting one in my wrangler. i need a flywheel for a manual transmission too if anyone has one?

99.99% sure all LSx engines are internally balanced.

as long as there is no external counter balance on the crank its internally balanced. to be safe you can take the flywheel and have it 0 balanced.
