Howdy, dont let some one talk you into too big a cam. Now if you have the hardware to support a BIG cam... and are more than willing to put up with some of the sacrifices you will have to make by running a BIG cam. (For example some folk s have run into these probs....rough idle, poor gas mileage, custom tuning, no one wanting to race you, having to rev the pee-dog out of your stock bottom end, etc, etc) Seriously, consider going on the small side instead of the big side, in your cam choice....

A tight, fast revving, strong mid range motor is a blast on the street.

All I'm saying is do your home work before biting off more than you can chew.

I'll vote on the G5X1 cam. We could NOT get Alex's car to die before ANY tuning was done, drove like stock with no Ls1edit. Made 391rwhp after the tune despite heavy drivetrain. Torque is incredible. <img border="0" alt="[cheers]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_cheers.gif" />
Give LG a call and see what they say <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />
