Oil Pressure Prob. Help!
Oil Pressure Prob. Help! I recently did head/cam/intake swap. In the process I put on a double roller timing set and a new ported lube pump. Car went back together fine and ran great. Drove it a handful of times for about 40 miles without any problems. Last night after a wedding reception I turned the key....suddenly zero oil pressure?!?!
I've heard/read you can have problems with cutting the o-ring on the oil pick up tube during the pump change, but is that something that would wait 40 miles to show up? I did have to use spacers on the pump cause of the double roller chain, so that may be the problem.
Anyone know what's going on here?

just dont run the car till you put a good gauge on it , dont trust that elec gauge, mine just spun a rod bearing because two elec gauge's had the wrong readings so i didnt think there was a prob till it was to late.
i hope for you that the sender just went bad or the plug came off, something else.
